Victoria Sanínt is a NASM-certified personal trainer and RYT-500 yoga teacher whose work blends strength, breath, and the kind of honest coaching that actually changes how you feel in your body.

She's led retreats in Costa Rica, completed her 500-hour teacher training in India, and spent six years coaching women through pregnancy, postpartum, burnout, and the hard middle of motherhood.

I haven't worked out in years. Is this for me?

Yes — especially. The Sculpt Reset begins with two weeks of foundational mobility and reactivation work. Victoria meets you exactly where you are, scales every session to your body, and progresses you only as fast as your body wants to go. Most clients start exactly where you are.

What do I need at home?

Nothing. Victoria brings the mat, blocks, light dumbbells, sliders — everything. All you need is a clear 6x8 ft space (any room works) and 60 minutes.

Can my kids be home during sessions?

Absolutely. Most of Victoria's clients are moms with little ones around. She's used to it. Many clients say the session is more sustainable because they don't have to arrange childcare.

Where do you service?

Santa Monica, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Venice, and parts of Mar Vista. If you're nearby and not sure, send an application and Victoria will let you know.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice at no charge. The program is built to flex with your life, not against it.

What's the difference between this and a regular yoga class?

Three things. First, it's 1:1, in your home, on your schedule. Second, it's a structured 8-week program — every session builds on the last, with real progressive resistance. Third, the sculpt component (light weights integrated into the flow) actually changes how your body looks and feels, in a way pure flow yoga doesn't.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. You can split the program into two payments — 50% at signing, 50% at week four — at no additional cost.
